helpful staff excellent recommendation rooftop terrace insufficient counter space dim lighting street noise

the staff was helpful . they gave excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. the rooftop terrace provided a beautiful space for breakfast each morning..

the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space. i also found the lighting in the room to be quite dim, especially in the evenings. the noise from the street was noticeable at times.

minor issues during stay

bathroom odor slow drain

the room had a noticeable odor from the bathroom pipes this was unpleasant. the drain system was slow in both the shower and the sink. i found this quite inconvenient. furthermore the lack of readily available keys to the main door required dependence on the reception staff. sometimes no one was available i waited an unreasonable amount of time to re-enter the building.

dirty rugs faulty ac

The rugs seemed untouched by a vacuum cleaner in ages. That was a bit grim. the air conditioning barely functioned and it didn't do much to alleviate the heat. also, the shower drain was slow, causing a mini-flood after each shower. the staff acted like i was imagining things when i mentioned the ac and drain issues, which i found annoying.

room upgrade great location locked door no minibar

I enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace. it was plentiful. hamza upgraded our room when we arrived.. that was a nice touch. the location of the riad is great too. It is within walking distance from the medina.

the door is locked all the time. you have to ring the doorbell to get in. i wish i had a key. the room did not have a minibar.

kind staff helpful suggestion super clean room

i found all staff kind. they offered helpful meal suggestions. our beautiful double room was super clean after long travel days. i appreciated the safe, cute environment in a new country.

the hotel door remained locked. i needed to ring the bell for entry. i think guests should get keys for easier access.

Quiet Oasis Near the Medina

The staff addressed all inquiries with attentive care and warmth. Hamza particularly stood out with his quick responsiveness. Rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels along with replacement toiletries were consistently provided. Breakfast outdoors was wonderful and customized as requested. This was such a nice personal touch. The rooftop sundeck provided ample space to sit back and relax.
